You can research some of the underlining statistics regarding the fact that most of the people who play golf are businesspeople. Checkout some national golfing magazines for some inspiration.

You can find a indoor driving range or even an outdoor because they have turf instead of real grass and then you can practice your drive. You can also go to Putt-Putt and this is like the BEST way to practice your putting because you have to read the greens and negotiate harder slopes/turns. Use your real putter though. Go to a pro shop and use their swing analyzer and this can tell you if your swing is wrong. I recommend the Medicus Dual-Hinge driver and the 5-iron. These have helped mold my swing and I hit longer, straighter shots consistently. You'll have to get out there on the course some time in the cold if you want to really practice. Just don't play a full 18 or even 9. You can use the practice greens and bunkers even the driving range if you club has one. Just focus on the fundamentals of golf and try not let yourself get too wrapped up in details. Go for control, and in golf Less is More. Hope this helps! Happy New Year and good luck to you in making the golf team in March!

Just depends on club/shaft combination as well. The straightest for me so far has been the Taylormade R7 425 TP, but the TP is expensive. The regular Taylormade R7425 is only like 225$ on ebay now. I have one with a USTV2 shaft, which is great. Also, for accuracy purposes, I would look at the Callaway FTI series. Those were very accurate, especially with the Mitsubishi Diamana shafts. Go to your local golf store and try out some different club/shaft combo's if possible. Once you find what you want, try looking on ebay for great deals.

Hope this helps...

Hello TWF

Besides hitting into a net and putting down some astroturf for putting that only leaves chipping.

Chipping is on of the most important aspects of the game and is probably the least practiced. I would say to put a basket in the yard at different distances each day, day 1 put it about 15 yards away. Dont stop hitting balls untill you get in say 3 in a row , then day 2 put the basket about 20 to 25 yards away and repeat.

For putting practice you can always go to the local course and putt around on the practice green .

I know there are Ram LX 400 irons available on Amazon, also Wilson Ultra, Top Flite, Wilson Staff are some of the less expensive sets, if that's what you're looking for.

Dear friend.

As you and I know that those $500k is not enough. But don't make that into a problem. There are several creative ways and solutions to pursue this goal. The goal and the mission will be hard but not impossible.

First of all, do you have an ideal location in where you want to develop this in? What State or Country? Mexico? USA? California? If you don't have a location already, then I suggest that you should start thinking for a location. Location is key!

Second, upon deciding for a location. I would recommend in doing an in depth report of the business model. Such as in how this would be finance. Marketing strategies? Business plan? Finance plan? ETC!

About financing this project. You should consider in bringing outside investors or partners that could help in developing this. I bet that there is so many investors that won't mind in investing on this project if the proposal is perfect. The bottom line is that you need to assemble a team that is knowledgable in this type of field. The team could be two or up to 6.

Upon having a motivated team that will share the same vision as you, all the team members would need to do thier homework. That mean's reading tedious books, seeking out consultants, and looking for the right people to get on board that could have connections.

I am college student that's studying business. If you like, I could be your sidekick on this... Let me know at uobn100@yahoo.com... There are so many things to consider that this is not the proper forum...
